SPS has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since the year 2000 and its real estate portfolio of nearly CHF 10 bn makes it the largest listed Swiss real estate company and the ninth largest in Europe. The company invests in office and retail properties in attractive locations and also in project developments. SPS runs the Jelmoli department store and the Tertianum group. SPS employs a staff of 4'446 and with its own management team and the property management company Wincasa, SPS has become a vertically integrated real estate group.
