Mobimo was founded in 1997 and has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since 2005. Its real estate portfolio, with a value of over CHF 3.4 bn, is made up of investment properties and development properties for the company's own portfolio or for sales to third parties (e.g. condominiums). Mobimo's intention in the medium term is to have invested around 30% in each of office utilization, residential and other commercial uses. The company employs around 160 members of staff based in Küsnacht and Lausanne.
